Some amenities are provided, i.e., one set of towels per person, soap, hair conditioner. This is an owner-occupied house. A number of their personal items were throughout the house and garage. The house is in an HOA, and there are some specific requests as far as parking and entering the house only through the garage, refraining from walking on the grass in the front yard, garbage collection requirements, etc. Persons with allergies should know that sheets and towels are washed using scented detergent.Ensuite bathroom and guest bath are on the first floor; jack-and-jill bath only on second floor.Of special note, wine was available in the kitchen for purchase. Also, in plain sight in the garage was a case of open bottles of liquor, and a delivery of wine for the owner arrived during our stay. If you are concerned about the easy availability of wine and liquor, you might wish to look elsewhere. ##### Tracy K.
