This terrific property features 1 bedroom with a cozy queen bed, 1.5 bathrooms, and a living room area with a full kitchen and a living room sofa bed. Fully gutted and renovated bathroom December 2025\. Guests enjoy amenities like WiFi, smart televisions, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen, prepaid beach service March first to October 31, and AC during their stay. Imagine waking up to the direct view of the Gulf and starting your day with a cup of coffee on the balcony. The location was fantastic, the view was beautiful, and I especially loved the balcony. Overall, I loved almost everything about the property.A couple of small downsides: there was no elevator, which normally wouldn’t be a huge deal, but since I had a sprained ankle and a heavy suitcase, it made things a little tough. The toilet paper was honestly the worst—felt like wiping with copy paper—and the toilets could have been a bit cleaner.On the positive side, the floors were surprisingly very clean (which isn’t always the case at beach properties where sand gets everywhere), and there were so many other great things about the place that the minor negatives really didn’t overshadow my stay.I’d definitely recommend it and would stay again! ##### Dana C.
