This condo is my families favorite. We have stayed 4 times with previous owners and it is still clean, cute, and a convenient location. The beach access is great at the island princess and with this condo being on the first level, you step outside your patio and can jump in the hot tub! Highly recommend staying in condo 106!

#### Family Vacation at Ft. Walton 2024

My family and I stayed at Kama’s condo for a week and it was delightful! The easy access straight to the pool and beach were absolutely perfect and the most convenient! The menus kept helped us pick lunch and dinner, three bathrooms made the post Pool and beach wash go easy and quick and we were able to be off to dinner in no time. The place was spotless and all the appliances are to die for, the ovens little chimes were my favorite. Would definitely stay here again next time coming to Ft. Walton! Thank you Kama!

We traveled from DFW for a baseball tournament. Everything was great from check in to check out. Communication with property manager was quick and easy. The location was great. Excellent location. Right next to pool and ocean. Plenty of room for my family of 6\. Close to food shopping and gas. Lots of beach toys chairs and towels. The only complaint is although we had an assigned covered parking place it was next to a concrete pole. We were driving a dodge Durango suv. If someone parked to the left we could not get in our spot because our vehicle was too large. A couple times we had to park in general parking. A small inconvenience

Cutest beach condo and was perfect for our family. Ground level made access to the beach quick and easy, covered parking was a plus. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. Would absolutely stay here again.

Condo was amazing! Decorated perfectly. Right out siding doors was access to beach, pool and hot tub! Very easy to check in. Will definitely be a return guest.

We had an amazing week at Island Princess. This first floor condo was perfect for us. We did not have to deal with elevators and the parking is very close to the entrance. The owner has gone above and beyond to make sure the kitchen and condo is fully stocked. It is a lovely place and we would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect for the 3 little ones in our family—ages 6 and under. Pool was a couple steps away and the boardwalk to the beach just a few more steps from the pool. Kama was a great host and quickly answered all our questions and concerns. We had a wonderful vacation.
