The primary bedroom provides a 55-inch TV and an ensuite bathroom that is configured with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and garden tub. The second bedroom offers a 55-inch TV and a Twin Sleeper Loveseat perfect for a small child, while the third bedroom features a 32-inch TV and an en suite bathroom that is equipped with a double vanity and a tub/shower combo. The third bathroom is off the hallway and has a double vanity, walk in shower and soaker tub. The building association for this condo allows (1) vehicle in the parking garage per reservation. You will be emailed this information prior to your arrival and will be required to pay a $10 parking fee directly to the condo association. Upon receipt of payment, you will be issued a QR code to access the garage. This rental is located on floor 3 and does have elevator access from inside the garage and the front of the building. We were able to address the issues ourselves, but this is the second time things weren’t as tidy as expected. I also had a concern regarding the booking process. I started booking the condo but didn’t complete the reservation at the time since I had to verify one final detail. When I logged in to complete the reservation the following morning the price had increased by 500\. I’m not sure if that was bad timing or AI at work. The booking agency was not helpful when I called to inquire about the change. We didn’t have any additional issues or concerns. This is a nice location, good views of the bay, great for watching the New Year’s Eve fireworks and drone show, and convenient for relaxing. ##### Rochell C. It was mostly quiet with occasional live music in the background. We really enjoyed the balcony while listening to the music. The location was perfect for teens who wanted to fish and walk the warf. The pool was beautiful. The beach was way too crowded so we only spent about 30 minutes there twice. Everything else was exactly what we needed.
