BEACH SERVICES: Beach services at the Resorts of Pelican Beach is provided by La Dolce Vita. Hours are 9am to 5pm from March 1st through October 31st. All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 15.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great View!

We loved this condo. The pictures are accurate and the location is exceptional. The sofa is not overly comfortable and the kitchen is not stocked as well as it could be (no knives) but overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Beach Visit

The building and check-in seemed very old and institutionalized. My door code didn't work so I was left sweating in the hallway until an agent could get me in. The unit was beautiful, very fancy and comfortable with an awesome balcony overlooking the gulf...what a lovely view! I would stay here again, but only because of the comfort of the unit. Be forewarned...you will not find any basic kitchen amenities such as salt & pepper, olive oil, coffee, sugar, creamer-nothing, which I was not expecting. There did seem to be decent kitchen pans and appliances though.

The view was beautiful!!! We have been staying at Pelican Beach for 9 years. This is the first time we were disappointed. Garage disposal was broken and water poured out all over the floor because there was a bucket underneath it and didn't empty it. Had to call 3 times to get it fixed. Bedroom tv remote didn't work. Bathtub didn't have a stopper. Do not think we will stay in this room again.

Great for families.

The resort itself was very family friendly. We enjoyed both pools. The room is clean, pretty, and well put together. The bed is very uncomfortable and incredibly low to the ground my husband and I are in our twenties and were sore by the second day from the pillows and mattress. Entertainment center in living room sets the tv on the ground which is not ideal. Outdoor balcony chairs are pretty flimsy I was worried they might break. Also a keurig and a smart tv in the bedroom would be a nice touch to add. That being said we would book here again if visiting the area everything was as advertised and very clean. A/C did not have any odor or issues either which was nice. Shower was quick to heat and water pressure is phenomenal.

Disappointed photos are deceiving!!

Everything about this room is outdated, most uncomfortable bed. Lighting is extremely dim. Very disappointed after looking forward to a Destin trip for months. Will never stay at the Pelican Resort again.

Balcony closed

I was very frustrated to find out weeks before my vacation that the property is under mayor construction. I reached out right when I found out but couldn’t get a response and tried in multiple ways to get a hold of them. Pool was closed and beach access was also closed. The biggest bummer was my balcony with the ocean view. The whole reason I booked the room and we couldn’t even use it. The only good thing was the location and the really nice people who were also staying there.

Broken door!!

Overall stay was good. There was an issue with the key pad on the door and it took an hour and a half to get the issue resolved. We were offered 2 $25.00 meal vouchers for the inconvenience but we never received them??? This get away was for our 30th year anniversary.

Fall Vacation

We had been in another unit at Pelican Beach Resort and wanted to extend our trip one more day. Our unit was booked so we picked out this beautiful condo to stay in the same resort with a beautiful balcony view. We were so looking forward to this stay but had to go home early. We let the service who runs the rentals for this condo know and they were very prompt and pleasant in getting back with us. We wanted to save the cleaners a trip and let them know the unit wouldn't be occupied. I'm sure it was amazing and wish we had been able to see and use it.

Wonderful week in Destin

Very nice property, beautiful and well cared for. Furniture in living room not real comfortable for lounging, (we’re 73) but the views are wonderful and it’s Destin after all. Thoroughly enjoyable!

Second time staying unit 1502 pelican beach resort

This is a beautifully decorated Italian theme condo that my wife and I absolutely love!! We just stayed there for our 24th anniversary! It's obvious the owners put a ton of money into upgrades, trim, tile, etc ...Absolutely beautiful!! We will come back next year for sure, no other condo will ever compare!!
