Completely furnished, linens and towels provided, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, central A/C, washer & dryer, 2 Smart LCD TV's (with cable) and DVD, WiFi Internet. Screened Patio. The community features 3 swimming pools (heated in winter), 10 tennis courts, racquet sports, par-3 nine-hole executive golf course (longest hole 175 yards - shortest hole 70 yards) which is free in the Off-Season and has a small green fee from about Dec 20 through a week after Easter. The community also has its own restaurant at Ocean Village which is located next to the largest of the 3 swimming pools. Also featured next to the pool is a pool-side Tiki Bar which is open for food and drinks about 4 or 5 days a week depending on the weather, a "kiddie pool" for small children, a hot-tub, a Bocce court, and a brand new community center with fitness center. Ocean Village on Florida's East Coast offers more amenities & value for your vacation dollar than just about any oceanfront resort in Florida. This quiet, peaceful resort-like community is located in Ft. Pierce on South Hutchinson Island about 90 minutes north of West Palm Beach, 2 hours to Disney World, 1/2 hour north of Stuart, 15 minutes from Jensen Beach and 1/2 hour south of Vero Beach. Nice that owners have beach chairs and bikes for renters to use. Did not like the automatic air freshener in bathroom that was on some sort of timer to spray routinely. Not the fault of owners but complex amenities were not as advertised other than the 9 hole golf course. Main pool closed and has been for over a year, seats at smaller pools hard to get and pb courts also closed for year due to noise complaint. Location was nice for eating options. ##### Amy D. The furnature was not very comfortable, the beds were good, comfortable. The bathroom door needs a new track, it's very hard to open and close. We were able to cook meals, walk to the beach, parking was good, Maria has just about everything you need, which is helpful if you're flying like us. It was rainy and she had umbrellas at the ready, beach chairs, plenty of linens, blankets, etc. Two suggestions: a spice rack with simple spices would be a nice addition to the kitchen, however, there was salt and pepper, and the bed closest to the window is really really hard. I'm sure most people wouldn't be expecting a bed quite that hard. A new mattress might be a welcome addition. Overall, we had a nice stay and would certainly return again! The condo has everything you need and more. So much to do along with the beautiful Atlantic just a stroll away. The owner, Maria ,was great to work with. We had a slight problem with the tv and she resolved the issue quickly and even extended our stay for two days due to the inconvenience. What more could you ask for. Fully equipped and in a great location inside property. Short, 5 minute walk to water. The location is beautiful, full of flowering shrubs and trees. Landscaping is uniqye and exceptional. No other place like it on A1A. Ft. Pierce a short ride over bridge...beautiful harbor, great restaurants, and an amazing farmer's mkt. on Saturday.... ##### Earl R.
