This Gulf access home features a private electric heated pool with southern exposure, so the sun stays on the water most of the day. Fishing poles and 3 adult bikes are included for guest use. Villa Corona sits in a quiet Southwest Cape Coral neighborhood, with easy access through the canals for a day of fishing or exploring by boat. Guests are close to waterfront dining at Cape Harbour, roughly 40 minutes by boat to the river, and just a short drive from Fort Myers Beach. Sanibel Island and Captiva are also reachable by boat for a day trip.

Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Suite: King bed, sliders to the pool area, Smart TV. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and dual vanities.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Smart TV.
- Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, Smart TV.
- Guest Bathroom: Tub/shower combo with pool access.

The home offers comfortable living spaces, with Smart TVs in every bedroom and high-speed WiFi available throughout. The living room is outfitted with recliner seating while a formal dining area provides a dedicated spot for meals. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking easy and a second dining area overlooking the pool deck offers a casual spot for a bite. The laundry room includes a washer and dryer for longer stays.

Rates & Policies
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with an additional fee for extra guests.
- Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, etc.) is provided for the first 3–5 days of stay.
- A prepaid electric charge and damage insurance are included in your reservation.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
