The boat was nice and we had a wonderful time. Our host, Mark, was very sweet. Being boat people, we understand that unexpected things happen. That being said, the listing advertised a hot tub which was never set up, and the water heater was not turned on. A few repairs were needed. Good thing my husband knows boats. ##### Penny L. Mark at this houseboat and were thoroughly impressed with the space and the experience they created for guests. We were greeted and given an orientation of the boat, as well as some homey touches added for our experience. The hot tub views on the top deck were amazing, and we slept comfortably both nights of our stay. You will not find a better place and experience to stay in Punta Gorda. Close to everything with wonderful hospitality. Our thanks to Capt. Mark and his wife for their excellent communication and a wonderful experience. ##### Erik M. Booked this wonderful houseboat, as a getaway from the norm. Zero regrets! The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! Great places to eat nearby and views of water and boating activity there we liked watching. Walking and bicycle path right there to enjoy.
