Perfect quiet beach bungalow and only a short walk to everything. If you are not a beach person doesn’t matter —there is a shared pool where we met several friendly guests and we all said the same thing… Awesome location, beautiful brand-new decor and all the amenities needed for an awesome beach getaway. The modern, well-equipped kitchen includes all the conveniences you need while in your home away from home. Plenty of pots, dishware and utensils to create a feast or beach bites. The kitchen table seats 4 comfortably. The living area offers a newer sleeper sofa, and a large Smart TV—ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun.   
  
☆☆ BEDROOM and BATHROOM ☆☆  
  
The private, spacious master bedroom features ample closet and drawer space, a premium king size mattress, and upgraded linens for your ultimate comfort. We have included a second Smart TV in the primary bedroom for your viewing pleasure. This bedroom offers a direct walkout to through the sliding door to the pool area. It could not be a better spot!  
  
The bathroom for this apartment was just remodeled. Beautifully updated with the latest tile and walk-in shower. The new vanity has plenty for space for your personal items and we make sure you have a hair dryer there for your use.  
  
☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆  
  
This darling Inn offers several outdoor spaces for our guests to enjoy. As previously mentioned, the pool is just out back through the sliding door to this apartment. There are ample chairs, and loungers—ideal for soaking up the sun or enjoying a peaceful island afternoon. Just outside the front door of this apartment is a small table and 2 chairs for our guests to enjoy a relaxing neighborhood view. Adjacent to the pool area is our community grilling and picnic table area. You will find plenty of space to spread out, prepare and enjoy your food and drinks in our beautifully landscaped backyard. Direct beach access is just one block away, and Times Square is within easy walking or biking distance.  
  
Also important to note you can pack light as there we have a free community washer and dryer for guests to use.

Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily November to April. A tram should come by approximately every 20-30 minutes depending on traffic
