Gorgeous Beach Front! Pool, Tennis, Pickleball, Wi-Fi, Extra special Unit!!

  • Direct beach views with beach extension of 250 feet in January 2025!! Come and enjoy the large, heated pool with luxurious sun deck for crowd-free sunning or sports activities. Access to the beach is only a few steps after you exit the building. We provide Beach Towels, Chairs, Umbrella, Cooler and a beach wagon to carry those items. From your balcony, view many species of colorful birds to see such as pelicans, egrets, osprey, and herons as well as dolphins swimming in the surf. Tennis, Pickleball and shuffleboard courts are available to those who enjoy those sports. Take early morning, afternoon, or sunset walks on the sand of this most beautiful beach. Beach sunsets right from our balcony are too beautiful to describe!

    Why choose our unit over our competition? There’s a couch that is also a sleeper sofa and a closeable wall between the living room and bedroom. Our unit is probably the only condo that has a separate A/C unit in the bedroom which is really needed in the summer months or if you use the closeable wall. Remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower and grab bars. We have direct Gulf views!

    We have a fully equipped kitchen that has all that you need to prepare and serve tasty cuisine. Just visit the nearby grocery and you’ll be all set. There is also a gas BBQ Grill on the ground floor. Your dining table for four sets at the edge of the kitchen, which makes serving and clearing quick and easy. Additionally, for your convenience, a laundry facility is available at the ground level, ensuring hassle-free accommodations throughout your stay.

    We are located across the street from Santini Plaza which has multiple Shops, and Restaurants. A CVS pharmacy & 7-Eleven are about 100 yards from our complex. Publix grocery store is open 2 miles to the north and 2 restaurants, Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro are behind Publix on the back bay. These are favorites of ours when we visit.

    We rent Saturday to Saturday except for Summer months. Also, our condominium association requires a minimum of 7 days rental. Address of property is 7360 Estero Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, 33931

This condo is a favorite, and our 3rd time staying there. The balcony view is priceless, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and the kitchen has everything you need. There are beach chairs and beach umbrella, which we used everyday. We did purchase a little larger cooler the last time we were there, and hoped it would be there still,it was not. We did purchase another cooler and we gave it away to another couple. We will be back again and again. This is the perfect place. I give 10 out of 5 stars.

This beautiful condo was exactly what we were looking for! King sized comfy bed, full kitchen and bathroom, spectacular views from the balcony, and easy beach access. They also had beach equipment such as an umbrella, cart, chairs and more that made our stay perfect. The communication with the hosts was excellent. The area was pretty low key, away from the busier town area, which we also appreciated. We loved our stay and would stay again!!

The view was amazing!!! Loved the comfortable chairs on the balcony!!! Our stay was very comfortable, and can't think of anything else we would have needed. One of the beach chairs was broken so I contacted Mike, the host, and he responded right away. We were able to get a replacement right away, which was much appreciated as we spent everyday on the beautiful beach. It was an amazing, relaxing week!!! So happy we found this wonderful place to enjoy fun in the sun!!!

The location was great. The view was amazing. We ate in couple of days so we could enjoy the ocean and watch the dolphins. Would come back again but need a place for my dog. You will love the place.

This is an outstanding unit that is well stocked, easily accessed and has the best sunset views in n the beach. Additionally the host are extremely responsive. This is our favorite unit.

My wife and I wanted a Christmas getaway, and the stay at this condo in Fort Myers was great choice. The host made checking in and out a breeze. The actual condo itself was in great condition and we enjoyed being able to use the beach chairs and umbrella. The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Would definitely look at staying here again in the future.

Once again our stay did not disappoint! This was our 2nd time staying in this condo since July (2025). The condo was very clean and provides everything you need for a day at the beach to all the cooking supplies if you decide to make it a night "in". The view from the balcony is priceless. We saw more salt water life activity than ever: dolphin, manatee, schools of fish, and the shelling on this end of the island was so much fun. The south end of the island is quiet and tranquil which is perfect for us. Across the street is Santini Plaza, shops are open and I was told a restaurant or two are coming soon! We will be back and we already cannot wait!

We just can’t say enough about this beautiful property. We spent a whole lot of time on the balcony. Every morning we watched dolphin swim by along & pelicans & all other kinds of birds. The beach is fantastic. Calming, still blue and green water ruffling on shore with all kinds of sandpipers & other birds playing in the water. The hosts are fantastic. Their communication is unbelievably quick when you have questions. They make sure that you have every possible thing that you could need and make the process very simple, if not enjoyable. The unit has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Plenty of clean, soft towels, not to mention the very soft bedsheets! Spices and condiments were already in the kitchen.I always worry about the bed when we go away and I had absolutely no trouble sleeping on this king-size bed.Everything is a very short drive. Great restaurants to select from… All of which were very good. Mr. Waves Island Bar was our favorite breakfast spot. Great, friendly waitresses/bartenders made every visit enjoyable and rewarding.There is a separate a/c unit provided in the master bedroom, which was absolutely wonderful. We like the room quite cool when we’re sleeping & this kept things the perfect temperature. The sunsets are absolutely to die for especially when dolphins go happily flipping through. We absolutely will stay here again, & if you choose to stay there, you won’t be disappointed.

It’s great to see FMB coming back to life. Still no restaurants on the South End, but a new coffee shop has opened at Santini plaza. The host is easy to communicate with and the view from this property is spectacular. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation is right there.

Really enjoyed our stay. The view was super. The rental was fully stocked with everything we needed except for food...Publix about 2.4 miles, CVS right down the street. Beach chairs, noodles, umbrellas, etc all supplied. AC worked great and rental was in great shape. My wife and her friend will be back in a week for a girl's trip.

I cannot say enough awesome things about our stay. The condo was everything we expected and more. The VIEW! The view is breathtaking! We had everything we needed for an absolute perfect stay! Mike was very easy to communicate with from the initial reservation to the minute we left the property. We have stayed at EBTC for 4 years now, and this year we had an experience that gave us memories that will last a lifetime. We are already planning to schedule for next July. Absolutely love this condo

We had everything we needed! The view is fabulous and Mike allowed us to check out late since our flight arrived late. Nice quiet beach and area. Will definitely recommend to our friends and will definitely come back. Well worth our money. Thank you Mike for your kindness and hospitality.
