Dave was quickly responsive when the a/c was not working (got it working day 1 and fixed day 3) and pleasant to deal with. The unit was nice and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the sunrise, the boaters/waterskis and fisherman, and spending time in the sun at the pool. When he returned at 10pm with new part, there was a loud boom and we were plunged in darkness. Again owner responsive and found an emergency condo by 11pm to have us spend the night. Electricity was turned back on by late morning. It took another 18 hours to get AC fixed; but the owner kept us informed. The view from this condo was awesome and worth the difficulties.
