« The house was clean, nicely decorated and CONVENIENT to where we needed to be (Winthrop University and the Oratory). We were only there to sleep and eat breakfast. It was very nice with no real problems. It was a quiet neighborhood (no dogs barking through the night as a few reviews stated). You could hear the early morning train (thus the house's name) but it was in the distance and I found it comforting not annoying. I don't think it would even wake an infant. Maybe next time we will have time...

« We were in town for a 4 day event at the Rock Hill Sports and Events Center. My son and I stayed at the cottage and it was everything we wanted/needed. It was extremely clean and the furniture was comfortable. Its location was perfect for the event (5 min away) and had several restaurants/grocery stores within a short drive. « The house was cute, cleanish, and a good location for us. We used to live in Marvin before we moved out of state and planned this get away to visit friends. Some issues we had were the front window was open and difficult to lock. The kitchen has 3 sinks which was interesting. When you hit the disposal on the main sink water would then shot out of the other sink. I won’t even speak of the smell when this happened!! The kitchen was not equipped fully.
