A queen-size Murphy bed and full-size sleeper sofa sleeps 4\. The 17' wide balcony offers a 270 degree unobstructed view of the southeast exposure with water as far as the eye can see! Gorgeous sunrises! It also overlooks the famous Tiki bar restaurant and the pool. 50" Smart flat screen TV with internet. Wonderful Italian restaurant (Casa Calabria) with lively piano bar singing Italian songs, real estate office, hair dresser, a clothing and convenience store and a coffee bar open 24/7 are all on the lobby floor of the building. Valet parking only. Short walking distance to many stores & restaurants, including Winn Dixie, a liquor store, a dry cleaners, CVS, a hair salon, Holy Cross Medical Group, Dunkin', McDonald's, pizza cafe, great New York deli and a large souvenir shop selling everything you need for the beach! Jet Ski, kayak, & paddle board rentals next door. The view is top notch, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The tiki bar on the beach was the cherry on top. We ate and drank there at least once every day. We rented a car and paid $60 to park across the street for 4 nights, but to be honest we didn’t even need the car at all. Once you’re there you either don’t need to leave the property to enjoy yourself, or you can walk to grocery/stores/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Jason H. The studio condo was cool temperature and super quiet in spite of the loud tiki bar. The Murphy bed was extremely comfortable. Such a great mattress. The water pressure on the shower was terrific. You had all the amenities you needed right there. The owners were so accommodating and terrific to work with. I would recommend to all my friends and family. Bruce and Maria were so accommodating right from the start, beginning with flexibility about rescheduling our stay. My husband and I stayed there.The place was beautiful with direct ocean front views as described in the listing. It is a studio, but they make excellent use of the space and it has everything you need! The tiki bar downstairs was great to grab a quick breakfast or lunch with oceanfront views. We had some questions during our stay and Bruce and Maria were incredibly responsive and took care of everything! We will definitely consider staying again if we find ourselves back in Ft. Three days max was about all we could take with all the noise from the tiki bar right below the unit. We suspected it’s not like that all the time but we were there during spring break. Bathroom can use some updating. Even a new toilet seat would help. We settled on this place because of the price, location, which is right on the beach, and the availability of parking at a reasonable rate. The studio is well stocked and plenty of towels. It is weird having a one sink for the bathroom and the kitchen area. The host was very prompt with communication. It worked out well for what we needed. ##### Giovanna Z.
