Beach Pop House sits in the coveted Lauderdale Beach neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale—a serene, leafy enclave just inland from the Atlantic shoreline. The area features a charming mix of mid-century and renovated homes, palm‑shaded streets, and a relaxed coastal vibe.



Getting Around:

Navigating the nearby area is relatively straightforward. You’ll be situated in a conveniently located neighborhood walkable to many shops and restaurants. While bringing your own car will give you the most flexibility, there are also many other transportation options for exploring the nearby areas: water taxis, sun trolleys, Uber or Lyft, and the Tri-Rail and Brightline trains.



Other Things to Note:

» No pets allowed

» No smoking is permitted

» Parties are not allowed

» Please notify hosts of any visitors

» Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM

» Guests can park on the driveway

» The Garage is NOT available for use during your stay

» Please don’t park on the street

» No parking on the grass

» Don’t run on the pool deck to avoid slips & falls

» No diving in the pool

» Please refrain from rearranging furniture

» Don’t flush anything that could clog the toilet

» Avoid putting grease down the sink

» Maximum occupancy is 8

» Check-in form & ID upload required prior to stay

» The pool is heated but can fluctuate in temperature due to the weather and other conditions and may take additional time to heat up

» Stays of 7 days or longer are provided a started pack of supplies but anything after, guests will be required to supply their own supplies

» The waterfall does not work. Do not touch any pool equipment, $500 fine for tampering with the pool equipment
