"The room was beautiful. A 400-year-old Spanish colonial home, renovated and converted to a hotel. High ceilings, hardwood floors and plenty of space. It is a grand place. My only complaint was the noise. It is on a busy street where diesel buses rumble by and you feel the whole place shake. Bring earplugs! On the plus side there’s a beautiful orange Gato that roams the lobby. Having a house cat always brings it up a notch. Great location, very nice people. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Palacio Julio tremendously. Our room/suite was very nice and clean, and the view from the large windows was amazing. This lovely hotel is located in the centro histórico, very close to the many places one definitely must explore when visiting Puebla De Los Angeles. All the staff at this beautiful and unique hotel are very friendly, polite, helpful and efficient.
