The apartment was great for a group of friends. The location is great with lots of things within walking distance. There is a garden in the back which is good for relaxing at home. There were a few rough edges but for the price that could be expected. All in all, good value, location and hosts.

My stay was awful from beginning to end. Check-in was a complete nightmare. It took valet almost 40 minutes to take our car. We had no assistance unloading our luggage, We were told to back in with no help and 100 people walking by. We received none of the check-in amenities provided to other guests. Bellhop service, Prosecco, etc. We were told once we checked in that we would have to walk outside with our luggage to another building in the heat. Yet other guests were provided service to carry their luggage to the next building, we were not. Didn’t even know it was an option. Once we got to our room, the size was a bit disappointing for the cost. Valet continued to be a problem during our entire stay. Many times taking 40+ minutes to retrieve our car causing us to cancel valet and take an uber to not miss our ticket times for events around the city. This was even after we spoke with the manager. Leaving our car parked on the street well after we had left the site. The bed was awful, very uncomfortable. The bathroom was nice, almost too large. On the last night with the temperature at 90 degrees outside we lost air conditioning for an extended period of time. Needless to say it was hot and sleeping was not an option. The only GREAT part of this hotel is the restaurants and bars. As well as the museum area. All which can be accessed without staying at this overpriced hotel. My 23rd wedding anniversary stay was not what we had hoped for.
