We loved this house and we do many VRBO rentals each year. We liked being able to walk along the river into town (it is a little over a mile). We felt very safe. The rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a Thanksgiving meal for my family. The only thing to note is the king bed in the basement is not actually in a separate room and the basement bathroom does not have a shower. It was not a big deal for us, but it was a little inconvenient for my son and his wife who were staying down there. We would definitely stay here again! ##### jean f. James and Mandy were great communicators and even checked in to make sure our stay was going well. There was plenty of street parking and an easy walk to the Poudre River White Water Park (which was free and our kids’ favorite activity of the trip). There are GREAT restaurants downtown. This is a great place to stay especially if you like to move around without a car. Very close to urban trails, a great sporting good store, the bus line, grocery, and more. We were 4 people, all coworkers and we each had our own private space. All was as reported in the listing, including skeeball! We had great communication with the owners and felt absolutely at home and very safe. The house is in great shape and there was nothing that we were without, including coffee! This is a very fine place to stay and I hope to return. Oh, and the hot tub on the roof is amazing! ##### Lisa B. Coffee beans, grinder and a large selection of teas was another bonus. We wished we had more time to play the fun skee ball game!
