- A charming, updated, well appointed home in a super location... literally a 3 minute walk to both Odell's and New Belgium Flagship Breweries and a 10 minute walk to Old Town Fort Collins.
Home is a One Bedroom, one bath home with air conditioning and heat. There is a nice size office, mudroom, detached 1 car garage (most ideal for storing bicycles) and plenty of patio and on-street parking as well.
Bedroom- has new King Size, Sealy Posturpedic Bed
Living room- has a queen sofa sleeper with 55" Television
Office- has 1GB up/dwn Internet, cable and 42" Television
Backyard patio- with propane grill.
