This Fort Collins house boasts 1 inviting bedroom with a king bed and a cozy living room featuring a blow up mattress bed for extra guests. Guests can enjoy many amenities including a small back yard with table to enjoy meals and play games, ample street parking, easy walking distance to historic Old Town with ample options for drinks, foods, and shopping. Close to the Poudre River trail which has miles of paved trails (Just 3 blocks from your front door). We are also close to CSU main campus for all the prospective students - Go Rams! Enjoy your tranquile backyard and your side deck to enjoy the outdoors while never leaving the comfort of your home. Easy driving distance to Lory State Park, Horsetooth reservoir, and many other outdoor recreation options! Escape to this wonderful retreat and experience the charm of Fort Collins.
