Excellent location! Spacious Home! We are Mid -Town located on the corner of Drake Rd & Harvard St., 1 block East of College. It's only a one mile walk to CSU Stadium, 2 blocks to MAX transportation, Near the the Fort Collins Bus stop & Walking distance to Grocery stores and mid town restaurantes! Recently remodeled, this property makes a great space to entertain your family and friends, 3 different sitting areas & plenty of off street parking.

This property was amazing. It's very well appointed and the owner did and amazing job of communicating everything that we might need to us. In addition, the location is perfect. It's walking distance to several wonderful dining options as well as Trader Joe's if you want to just cook there. Very spacious and comfortable. We will definitely book again!! Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!!

We had a glitch, but we'd stay there again

To be honest, there was a glitch in the check in process and we never got the access code. However, Jill handled the situation very gracefully, and simply because of how wonderful she was when she became aware of the problem, we'd stay at the property again. I believe this to be a great property with a great host.

Property does not smell good and has mold.

While the property has been updated to a certain extent, it smells of mildew and has mold. The air conditioning is actually 4 old, small window units that smell very musty and the main bathroom has a fair amount of visible mold.
