Be our guest! Great modern suite in excellent central location. High end finishes include quartz and marble counters, stainless steel appliances, and heated bathroom floor. New bed and high end tempurpedic mattress 2024.
Low additional fees and NO cleaning checklist. This home is well equipped with all the essentials and lots of extras. Property includes in-unit full size washer/dryer combo, commercial countertop oven, and all linens and towels.
Relax and watch a movie on the large flat screen TV. Wi-fi, Disney plus, Netflix, and Amazon Prime are provided.
The location can't be beat as it is in a quiet neighborhood near CSU and the Spring Creek trail. Close to Old Town and the Poudre Valley Hospital.
The suite is attached to the main house with its own private entrance and no shared spaces. Additional sound proofing has been added to the walls and ceiling to keep the spaces separate and quiet.

Amazing location. Safe, green neighborhood walking distance to CSU campus. Attended a conference at the Hilton just around the corner. Cute room, soft comfy bed, modern bathroom, and a mini kitchen with full fridge. Cozy space for a restful stay!

Convenient home base next to CSU

My husband and I stayed here with our son during CSU's family weekend. It was a perfect location, convenient to campus and the stadium. All the basics were provided for our stay, including a parking pass which made parking during game time a breeze. Lyndsay was great at communicating and the check-in and check-out process was very easy.

Just in town for a few days to visit my daughter at CSU. I just wanted something comfortable and clean and close to campus. This locations was perfect. It’s a modest kitchen but I didn’t do much cooking so it was fine for just one. Clean, comfortable, great host. Everything was perfect

A Sweet Little Suite!

This mother-in-law apartment was perfect for the two of us visiting Ft Collins and CSU. When we arrived, it was spotlessly clean and exactly as described in the listing. It was a very easy two block walk to the CSU campus (and stadium) -- and a nice "stroll" (cutting through the campus) if you want to walk to restaurants and stores. Heading the other direction leads to a lovely walking/biking trail. Lindsey was a very responsive and gracious host. Honestly there was very little we needed. There's a two burner hot plate (instead of a stove), a counter top oven, a full size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The stacked washer/dryer in the bedroom has been replaced by a single combined washer/dryer unit. It washed our clothes very well. Thank you, Lindsey, for a wonderful stay! We hope to return!

Quiet, clean and easy access to Canvas Stadium events within walking distance and free on-street parking. Kitchen for breakfast and snacks before heading out. Will definitely stay here again!!
