"Catfished! This hotel advertised itself as a “Concept Hotel” with cute colorful rooms with woods floors. Not the case. Some of the rooms were renovated, but not all. I know this because, I walked past 5 vacant renovated rooms with their shades open and they chose to put me in a room that was not renovates. Old, stained, and dirty carpet with food crumbs and a used dental flossed. Disgusting bathroom. When I walked in, I got a whiff of cigarette smell and alcohol; think a dingy bar smell. No luggage rack, so I slid the tv over to put my suitcase on the dresser and there was visible black grime. The sheets were stained and I found a hair in my bed. Slept horribly. Poorly printed signs everywhere stating it you do ab and c you will be charged. The lotion was not brand new; already had been opened and used. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough! Do not stay at this hotel. I am lucky I didn’t bring home bed bugs or roaches"

"Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and would stay there again. Two minor concerns: There are several dogs in the area, and their barking can be an annoyance until the quiet down later in the evening. Use of the kitchen is limited by the fact you can only operate one electrical appliance at time. The cook top is a hot plate and there are a toaster oven and a microwave, so you have plan out the sequence you cook your food if you want to pan fry, bake and warm up something for a meal."

"I arrived to my room to only be told that there was no room available but I had booked it in advance. The room they placed me initially was not ready and I was placed in a different hotel room that had no trash cans, sink drained extremely slow, no shower curtain, roaches and the shower knob. flew off when I tried showering. The towels I was given was dirty, sheets where stained and the door frame was damaged to the point I was not comfortable in the room. Overall the stay was not a good experience."

"Enjoyed our stay, room was clean, swamp cooler was noisy but efficient - earplugs took care of that. Had my doggo with me- everyone was super nice, all the staff was so sweet, professional, and helpful which makes for a great long weekend getaway to visit friends. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Silver City! Cheers ~ Until next time 😊"
