"An excellent, comfortable and stylish stay in the peaceful highlands a short distance from Fort Augustus. Well located for exploring the area around Loch Ness and the Eastern side of the North Coast 500, we also took a day trip to the Isle of Skye which was easy enough. Thoroughly impressed by the facilities in the cottage, very tastefully decorated and with everything you might need whilst away. The tea, coffee and milk on arrival was a nice touch. "We stayed for one week in this beautiful log house, which had all of the amenities that one would need. Both inside and outside very well equipped. Sian was excellent in answering my queries before we arrived. Sue the housekeeper, responded in no time when I texted her to ask where I would find an extra tea towel and bin liner. She came a short time after to get them from the locked housekeeper's cupboard-thank you Sue!"

"I brought 21 women to Polmaily House. We came to hike in the area. The house was just perfect! The pool, media room, sitting and gathering areas, kitchen, all perfect! Chris was so gracious and accommodating. He recommended Aggie from Heavy Metal Munchies to cater during our time there. The food was fantastic and there was plenty of room for all of us to sit and have our meals together. "Our family of 14 had a wonderful week in this property. It is amazingly spacious - allowing each group their own room and bathroom, as well as having multiple lounges with TVs, multiple dining areas, and even 2 kitchens! Pure luxury. Kids had an absolute blast in all the rooms and playing table-tennis. "This was our first trip to Drumnadrochit and the area exceeded our expectations. This property was in a great location as we were able to walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and bus stops. We even found a hiking trail that started right outside the property. The house was in great condition but there were missing essentials like toilet paper, cleaning supplies and toiletries that you typically get when booking a large home like this one. The hot water was also an issue in two of the bathrooms,...

"The house was just as described. Sunroom was amazing. Bed was very comfortable, and place was very clean. The deli next door is literally feet from the property however they close down @ 1600 so it is not loud/busy long. Right next to the deli is a great food truck and pub so that is super convenient. The only negative I have to say is I had to accidentally misplaced my "access" information to get in and the Managment company was EXTREMELY slow at replying (they did not reply to VRBO messages,...

"The cabin was amazing, it was pretty spacious but felt very 'cosy'. The location was very close to shop's and bars/restaurant/cafe. We both loved the hot tub and all the farm animals close by. Who we assumed to own the properties was very friendly and was there for anything we might have needed. We're absolutely going to be staying again"

"This is quite simply a spectacular location! Sitting high above the banks of Loch Ness, we were just in awe of the view of the loch and the surrounding hillsides. It was the highlight of our trip! The cabin itself was well-equipped to house our family comfortably, making everyone feel quite at home. "Stayed for a week in this cottage with fabulous views. Very clean and just about everything you need. We were only missing a corkscrew and egg cups, but anything else you need is there. Not quite as homely as we would have hoped as the cottage is quite sparse, but still had a wonderful time. Great to be able to access the canal and take a nice long walk to Neptune’s staircase from the cottage!"
