"The only negative to the stay was the location to the “beach”. First, the description says “3 min walk” and “6 min walk”. When looking at the map, this looked possible, but upon arrival, neither of these were accurate. When I contacted the company I was told “that shouldn’t say that”. The beach that was listed as a 3 min walk was off the side of the busy road and was barely wide enough to be considered a beach. The 6 min walk was over a mile away at a public beach access. This was frustrating, as we thought we were in walking distance to a beach, we do not mind a walk, but we do not like to drive our cars to the beach. I would not have booked this property if the description was accurate."

"Not only was this the cleanest property I think I have ever stayed in, the staff were warm and welcoming very knowledgeable and helpful. The room was cozy and it truly felt like I was staying at a family member‘s house. Not sure I’ll ever book anywhere else in the area again as long as they have availability! Also very convenient in walking distance to everything!!!"

"Located in a very convenient area to access Port St Joe and Mexico Beach. Quiet and safe neighborhood with a nice place to grill in the privacy fence area. The host was very helpful and prompt in responding when we had questions. One suggestion to improve visitor comfort. Replace the existing Walmart futon with something more comfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will be repeat customers."

"We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was the way it was advertised! Kathy was very responsive, the place was so cute and clean. It was the perfect spot for a get away!!! Great location, close to the beach and down town Port Saint Joe. We loved that the beaches were dog friendly! We can't wait to go back!!!"

"Everything was warm, prepared, communicated about, and exactly as posted. Beautiful cozy home, close to everything you need for a forgotten coast vacation. Only thing, and the absolute only thing that went awry was running out of hot water in the shower for 1 night. The other nights, it was perfectly fine. Mary communicates very effectively and it was a great place to stay."
