If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Great Location but not well stocked
The location is great! It's walking distance to the river and a convenience store. It's also only a 10 minute drive to downtown Guerneville. The heater did not work, and when I reached out to the property management, I was only able to get in contact with a robot who was not very helpful. Thankfully the house was equipped with several electric space heaters and lots of blankets, so we were not cold. The kitchen was limited in supplies, but we were able to make due with what was there. Overall the house was clean and we had a nice stay.

It worked for us for our weekend away
We had a girls weekend and the space worked well for us. There were some minor issues we encountered that we reached out to the property manager and they were quick to respond. The location is perfect easy access to Guerneville and Forestville and enjoyed a walk to the bridge over the river. I should have noticed but will put it in the review for those that don't - there is no coffee maker. There is a pod coffee pot but I can't recall what brand and there was only one decaf pod in the house so we didn't use it. I will note there is delicious coffee in Forestville. Beds were comfortable and tv was easy to use and had access to all the streaming options we wanted. Overall a cozy stay for the 3 of us and it was a good option for what we were looking for.

Cozy, Clean and Close to the River
Our group really enjoyed our stay here. With a mix of adults and small kids, there was plenty of space for everyone. It was great to have access to the grill for easy meals and we loved hanging out on the front and back decks in the cool evenings. The space was very clean when we arrived and we had pretty much everything we needed during our stay. The real selling point for us though, was the proximity to the river access! A very quick walk and really can't be beat on a hot and busy weekend at the Russian River. I will note, if you are arriving on a hot summer day be aware there is no air conditioning and no extra fans provided (besides a couple of ceiling fans). Luckily we had brought some along, because the house, especially the top bedroom, became very hot and stuffy without them.
