"My stay at this condo was truly horrible & extremely disappointing. Getting into the building was complicated, we had to navigate from one elevator to the plaza level, then walk around the plaza just to reach the condo building, and then go through security to get into the second elevator to finally get up to the floor was exhausting and unsafe. The emergency exit door from the 17th floor had no handle or doorknob, only a key lock. When I asked the front desk about it, they said it was always...
