"I can not praise this place high enough. The staff were really lovely. I’d easily say the best off all the holiday inns that I’ve stayed around the country. They are very grounded, genuine, helpful and just very lovely. From being given a coin for the spa locker before I even asked, to storing my lunch for work next day in their fridge to offering me free coffee in the morning as I was leaving, they went above and beyond. "There was no bedside light (despite there being two bedside tables) and no rubbish bin in the room. The curtains did not close properly. One window had a crack in it and there is no double glazing so the road outside was noisy. It was very hot, but we kept the windows closed to try to reduce the noise (no aircon).The staff were very helpful however (having moved us from a different room as the bathroom light wasn't working in that one)."

"Nice place to stay for our short break with outside seating area at the rear which was welcome as it was very hot weather and it was far too hot in the house with no air conditioning or fan provided. We had taken a fan with us ourselves which we needed on both floors if the house. Lots of wasps/insects entering the house due to the weather. Can accommodate babies and pets too. Well equipped apart from no hairdryer. House looked a different colour (darker) from the website, so difficult to find. "
