Everything clean, and simple. You have to judge this place for what you pay. Low price, minimal facilities but what you need. Very comfortable, very clean, shower and bed both very good. Location very central. Parked nearby. Will be returning.

Booked for an overnight stay in Ipswich for early morning appointment. The hotel was central close to local bus terminus and close to a wide range of restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful the rooms clean, quiet, and with good facilities. A little small but fantastic value for money and ideal for an overnight stay

Ideal hotel to be close to the town centre and approx 10 mins walk to the waterfront. I had a small double room with no window but it was a sufficent size with clean bedding and a lovely modern bathroom. Pleasantly surprised with the nice smelling hand wash and shower gel. Nice touch. The location for us was really good the carpark was a couple of minutes walk from the roof top carpark in great Coleman St... The hotel was just as described, clean and quiet we had a family room for one night to attend the football and it was perfectly fine fod the price we paid.

Friendly staff with professional service. This is a no frills, straightforward hotel. Good value for money. It’s not a luxury hotel, it’s an uncomplicated clean place to sleep. Drop your bags, go explore and return to sleep. All as expected, I would stay again. Simple and effective.
