The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, was renovated in 2022, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use: sun umbrella, sun lounger, children's playground, sandbox, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and campfire site. Vacuum cleaner, baby bathtub, please specify when booking, sailboat rental on request for an additional charge.

Fonyód. The holiday apartment is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. BALFON125 is located in the same house. BALFON103 is located on the property. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Oven in every room (gas). Children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board, and washing machine. TV reception via cable. The accommodation has hypoallergenic pillows.
