"We enjoyed our stay at Pierre & Vacances Andorra Bordes d'Envalira. They staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was convenient and the living space was good. There was plenty of room in the main bedroom to store skis and gear. Our main issue was the parking is very tight and not included in the price. If you do park under the property you'll need to go around the block and down a hill to locate it. To leave the parking lot you'll need to scan your pass at the beginning of the exit tunnel. "

"Not a great experience. They never replied to my emails asking about facilities. Confirmation and T&C's only sent to me on day of arrival. It only took 5 hours for someone to give us a key to get in. Oh and don't forget to take your own cups and glasses to make up for what's missing. It's a great shame as if some effort was made it would be a great base for a cheap getaway. "

"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. "Super séjour dans cette station familiale. La neige était au rdv, la météo favorable. Des circuits de balade pour aller voir les lacs (balcere et balmettes) très sympas. Good Value Hotel in Great Location
"This hotel is in a great location at the top of the main high street in the capital of Andorra. Everything within the city is within walking distance and considering the location the room was remarkably quiet. The room was modern and the bathroom was new and kept to a good standard. They had eco friendly shower gel, body oil and shampoo housed in non plastic eco friendly packaging. Staff were friendly, WiFi was good and there was a coffee/cafe immediately below the hotel if you wanted a snack or bite to eat. They do provide parking for €15 a day however I didn’t use this as there was street parking for €1.30 per hour close by with it being free between 2000hours to 0930hours each day. Carparks also only charge €3.65 for overnight stays if the street parking is full but I was lucky enough not to have to use them. The city itself is in easy commute to all areas in Andorra but I would suggest a car makes it easier to get everywhere. Overall this is a great place to stay in the capital and I would definitely stay here again when I am back in Andorra."
