Enjoy the highly sought-after 5 Star Abbey Springs Community in Fontana on Lake Geneva. Gather with family and friends in a spacious (1800 Sq Ft) 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms condo while still having space to spread out. Enjoy pickleball on newly resurfaced dedicated courts. Sip your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the screened in porch while enjoying the lovely view and listening to the birds sing. Abbey Spring amenities include beautifully renovated golf course, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, fabulous beach with playground and picnic tables, tennis, pickle ball, fitness center, game room for kids, clubhouse, yacht club, restaurants, gorgeous walking path around the lake, gated community with 24 hour security. Nearby Lake Geneva offers shopping, more restaurants and a lively night life. Beautiful Fontana beach nearby. 3 smart TVs (living room, master bedroom, upstairs bedroom). Golf cart included from May through October (in storage Nov-April).
*Please note that Abbey Springs HOA will no longer grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of the home (10).

Abbey Springs Getaway

The property is very clean and located in a quiet spot at the end of the road overlooking the golf course. The screened-in patio is perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The golf cart was great to have for the quick drive to the clubhouse. The owners are responsive for any questions.

Abbey Springs Stay

We had a wonderful stay. We were with our two kiddos who loved going down to the beach and pool and riding around on the golf cart. It felt very safe and welcoming. The host were responsive and very friendly. Would highly recommend. Would love to stay there again!

Everyone enjoyed the accommodations and amenities. Location is convenient, house was cozy and adeqaute, the clubhouse was a great place for recreation. Hosts were very nice. Looking forward to returning in future.

So Cozy!

We had such a great stay for my sister's bachelorette party. The listing actually seemed larger than we thought it would be which was such a nice surprise. We felt so safe with it being within a gated/guarded area. We were able to check in early which really helped us out. There were 8 of us & we all had plenty of room. We all said we would definitely stay here again.

Fun Stay in Abbey Springs

There were 10 of use staying again in Abbey Springs. This unit was the best we have used so far. Having a big couch and large kitchen table were of great benefit. Location was good since we had the golf cart available. Kids always love having both the beach and pool(indoor and outdoor) pools available to mix things up. We actually finally ate at the yacht club and it was very good. Also had fun with the band entertainment later at night.

Amazing family gathering place

While AbbeySprings is an expensive resort, it was our son’s wedding so we paid excessively. The home was comfortable but I expected it to be much bigger since it slept 10 and we only had 7 adults and a toddler. It was also VERY expensive for the 3 nights we needed it, we had to pay for a 4th night due to minimum restrictions. Our friends decided to check last minute and found a place with no such minimum on property. But as parents of the groom we paid for the security. Our grandson LOVED the golf cart. Access made our stay easy as only 2 vehicles are allowed to park near the property.

Perfect fall weekend

Peggy was the perfect host. We had a girls weekend in early October and chose to stay at this property. The location was perfect and the town had a lot of things to do. We had a couple things come up during our stay and Peggy was quick to respond and offer a solution. We would love to come back again during the summer months.
