We really enjoyed our staff! Rooms are nicely decorated, from the hotel photos we thought it would be a grungier design, but we were relieved to find that this was not the case.
The hotel parking can be a nightmare when it is almost full, as parking slots are very small.
Kitchenware is new and expansive.
We appreciated the friendliness of staff.

8/10 Good
Good 3 star hotel. Comfortable bed. Self parking. Room was not made up the second day…….apparently the “make my room” tag had to be hung on door……would be nice if that was communicated to the guests. Consequently, no coffee or cups were replenished. Asked at reception and got replenishments but there was a little bit of resistance. Coffee is just Nescafé. Would be nice if there was a Nespresso machine in the room. Some other Kyriad hotels have Nespresso.

It gives you a great value for your money. Staff was extremely helpful, we stayed for 4 days and housekeeping was great, the room was clean, well maintained and spacious. The hotel is located in front of the train station and an easy 15 minutes walk of downtown, has a lot of eating choices around too.

Basic hotel but comfortable. Decent size room for Europe. Wifi worked well and room included a small work table. Bathroom was decent size and had a good rain shower. Breakfast options were only cold, but a decent choice and good quality.
