It comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.  
  
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy ambiance, enhanced by large windows that showcase breathtaking ocean views that open up to the large outdoor space and pool. The open-concept living area is designed for comfort and style, featuring plush seating and a cozy atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach.  
  
The custom high-end kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample counter space, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the oversized island or take them outside to the expansive outdoor spaces, where you can dine al fresco while soaking in the stunning surroundings. The Space  
Bedroom 1 - King with Private ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 4 - 3 Twins total (one bunkbed and an additional attached twin bed at one end), with shared hallway bathroom.  
BONUS - QUEEN murphy bed in the office on the top floor.

Notes  
You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home.  
Contactless Check-In: This home offers a Keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.  
Parking is provided.  
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.  
Check-in time: 4PM. Check-out time: 10AM.  
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10PM to 8AM.  
NO pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in this property.  
Smoking is NOT allowed in the house or on the decks/patios.  
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are strictly prohibited and will result in eviction.  
The occupancy can be at most 10 people at any time during your stay.  
  
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license.  
  
If the occupancy by the renter is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. We are committed to yours and our community's safety and comfort.  
  
Please note that there is a Ring doorbell camera that monitors the front door only.  
  
This property is licensed by the City of Folly Beach to be used as a vacation rental property; Business license LIC063452 and Rental Registration STR25-A1029.
