You'll be conveniently located right across the street for the nearest beach access, so if you or anyone in your group love the beach, you'll be thrilled to know this! Enjoy the refreshing ocean breezes while sitting on the balcony, which is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. Have a wonderful movie night with your guests in the living area and make sure to stock up with all the most delicious snacks or food that you can later prepare in the fully-equipped kitchen. Plus, if you don't feel like going to a crowded beach, there's always the community pool for a relaxing dip.



What’s nearby:

Enjoy a prime location less than a block from Center Street and all of its great restaurants that include The Crab Shack, Snapper Jacks, Rita's Seaside Grille, Loggerhead's Beach Grill, Taco Boy, and more! Sign up for surfing or paddleboard lessons at one of the various rental companies on the island. Make sure to visit the charming, historic downtown Charleston, which is a short 11.6-mile drive. There you must visit The Battery, a jaw-dropping stretch along the city’s southern tip, which features a row of Southern-style mansions, Angel Oak Tree, one of Charleston’s most photographed icons on Johns Island, or book a boat tour to explore the harbor.

Oh my! The location of this property is PERFECT! We loved the condo and it had everything we needed for all the comforts of home. The host was quick to respond to my questions and the rental company stayed in close contact to make certain we had everything we needed and satisfied with the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall a good stay. The unit is in a great location but it is a bit banged up. It could use some new deck furniture and a fresh coat of paint.

Excellent location & size, ready for a remodel.

The condo units in this building are great! We have stayed in a few of them. We love the location and size. The view!!!! This particular unit could use an upgrade. The decor & air freshener is overwhelming and the carpet is very dirty and stained. The kitchen was well stocked but the knives were dull & the toaster didn't work. The beds & pillows were excellent and comfy. The master bathroom appears to have a leak above the shower from the neighbors above. Overall is was a great trip but for the price I recommend they pay attention to the small details. Thank you for sharing you space and piece of heaven with us!

Location is great…. Loved all the amenities like shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, t paper, kitchen items. So thoughtful. Other than not being able to figure out the living room TV we felt it was a very nice place.

We had a wonderful stay at Folly Beach. We celebrated Mother’s Day and my husband’s 60th birthday. The place was clean and fully equipped with all essentials. We really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be returning.

Walkable and lovely

We like "walkable" areas where we can safely stash the rental car and explore the area. Many restaurants and bars are just steps away. An amazing new pier is a short stroll down the beach. Condo itself was ideal for six adults, with each pair having own bath.
