Sit back with a cool beverage to take in the lovely Folly River views and Lowcountry wildlife from this cozy condo and screen porch. Swim and sunbathe at the community pool. Picnic on the dock while watching the sunset over the river. Scenic 13-minute walk to the beach and downtown area of Folly Beach! Plush living room furnishings make you feel at home while watching the large flat-screen TV, or chatting with friends and family while looking out on to the river. Open floor plan takes you into the dining area that seats all 6 of your group. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve your family meals, as well as stainless steel large appliances. Set up buffet style and never be left out of fun conversation through the window opening. Master bedroom suite with a king bed gives you direct access to the screen porch. Fall asleep while watching your favorite shows on TV. Full private, ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 2 and 3 each sleep 2 guests with a king in one bedroom and queen in other, and includes a TV. Guest bedrooms can easily access bathroom 2 from the hall, which has a tub/shower. All beds are made up with high-quality linens. Bath towel sets provided per person for the maximum occupancy of the condo. Take a short stroll or bike ride just across the walking bridge into Folly Beach. Approximately a 13-minute walk to the nearest public beach access. Wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street, or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos! Downtown Charleston offering world-class dining, historical tours, museums, boutiques, harbor walks, and much more is also only a 25 minute drive. Experience world-class dining, art galleries, explore swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more! Customize your memorable trip to this historical city. Take the kids to the Children's Museum and the South Carolina Aquarium. Immerse yourself and the family in the Southern culture. ​​​​​​​Amenities include WIFI, TVs, free parking for up to 2 vehicles, access to the community pool and fishing dock, keyless entry, washer, dryer, starter amenity kit for bathrooms and kitchen, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, central heat and air conditioning, as well as 24-hour emergency on-call staff. This home is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, of 6 people. Guests must be 25 years old or older to rent. Maximum of 2 parking passes will be provided as needed. Elevator and staircases allow for easy access up to the condo. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. The community pool is open daily from April 1st – October 31st. Guests may bring or rent their own kayaks, but must keep them stored on or in their vehicle. Bicycles can be stored in the bike racks under the building (at your own risk). We have stayed at Turn of the River several times over the years. This condo is by far the best we’ve rented. There was plenty of room for us, our two sons, our daughter-in-law and infant granddaughter. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook incredible meals. I brought baking supplies just in case, and I didn’t need any of it. The furnishings were nice, and the decor was not overdone. It felt like home. The only thing I would add is blackout curtains to the front right bedroom. The lights out front are harsh. I will stay here again because of all listed above, plus the views of the waterway is absolutely beautiful. I loved sitting on the screened in porch and reading. ##### Tracy B. Large bedrooms and baths, well-stocked kitchen. Very comfortable. Nice views of the river. Was worried about road noise being next to Folly Road, but it was not an issue at all. Close to the bridge, could walk to Folly Beach restaurants and shopping. Took car to the beach to lug all the stuff. Nice chair rental packages on the beach.
