    Find ease and relaxation at this fourth-floor villa in Folly Beach, where you'll be treated to spectacular oceanfront views of the water and the Folly Beach Pier. Enjoy the ocean breezes and the sounds of the waves from your expansive deck, which is accessed from both the master bedroom and the living room, and spend each afternoon swimming in one of the two seasonal pools on the property.

    The Charleston Oceanfront Villas are located right on the sand in Folly Beach, less than a block from the many shops, restaurants, and bars on Center Street. Sign up for a surfing lesson with one of the recreational outfitters on the island, or watch for pelicans at Skimmer Flats in Folly Beach County Park less than two miles west. You'll also be only 12 miles south of downtown Charleston, with its rich culture, storied history, and world-class cuisine.

This condo was exactly as pictured. The living space was really roomy with comfortable seating and a very functional kitchen. The location was great with easy access to the beach and walking distance to some good restaurants. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Our only complaint was that the king bed was pretty saggy in the middle.

Pros: Really great location. 5 min walk to the pier. Beautiful beach views. 20 mins from Charleston . Nice size for a family of 5Cons: Elevators were broken most of the week which was a big pain. Mold in the shower and utensils and dishes were dirty. Nothing we couldn’t clean ourselves but shouldn’t really have to. Chair in the living room was dingy and looked dirty. Overall could use a bit of freshening up and a better cleaning job for a vacation rental but we had a great time.

We truly appreciated the thoughtfully prepared guidebook, it’s clear a great deal of time and effort went into creating it, and it was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.The property was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and beautifully decorated. Its convenient walking distance to the beach, without obstructing the view, made the experience even more enjoyable. The home was also well-equipped with everything we needed.The host was very attentive, checking in with us daily to ensure everything was going well, which we greatly appreciated. We sincerely appreciate the early check-in arrangement, as it was especially helpful following our long flight and limited rest.Overall, we highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

The condo is right on the beach and it is wonderful waking to the view and sound of the waves. Great kitchen with large fridge, well-stocked with kitchenware and lots of counter space. Lots of seating in living area with view of ocean. A bit of work needed to freshen paint especially in foyer and entrance door. Master bath shower and tub need upgrade. Master bed mattress isn’t supportive if you have back issues. No beach chairs or beach towels which is difficult if traveling from far away and can’t bring your own. Need more than one beach fob if you have multiple people in your group coming and going to pool/beach at separate times during day. Lovely area and lots to do. 15 -20 minute easy drive to Charleston.

Overall our stay was wonderful. This condos location could not be better. It’s on the fourth floor(top) and the building is an easy walk to downtown folly beach.Condo itself is nice, furniture is comfortable and nicely appointed.However just some things to consider. Our check in email did not come 48 hours ahead of time, we had to email and ask the morning of. Unfortunately we had already left and then saw they did not provide beach towels. So be sure to bring those. Not a huge deal. Also in check in the parking passes were not in the pickup box they told us to check. We had to wait 30m for someone to come bring us the passes.The kitchen and bathrooms need an update. If you are planning on cooking the stovetop is old and the pans are very sparse. A new range would go a long way.That being said I still have 5* bc overall those minor inconveniences didn’t impact how amazing the location and experience. We were there on 4th of July and the fireworks were right next to us on the beach, it was incredible.

AMAZING FOLLY BEACH SPOT!

Villa was above expectations-exceptionally well stocked, comfy beds & furniture and the best balcony views. Walkable to everything Folly had to offer. By far the best spot to stay on the Beach!
