Lounge on the plush sofas in the living room while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or sit in quiet to watch the ocean out the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that lead out to the balcony. Ample seating on the balcony allows for relaxation with ocean views. The open kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, serveware, small and large appliances, as well as all cooking and eating utensils. Easily prepare your family's preferred meals. Indoor dining sits 4 at the table with an additional 5 counter seats. Two bedroom suites offer welcomed privacy. King bedroom is the larger of the rooms with ocean views and access to the balcony, and a small flat-screen TV. Full bathroom en-suite includes a double vanity, garden tub, and standing shower. Queen bedroom suite is lovely with large windows that can let in lots of natural light. Watch your own flat-screen TV and enjoy private access to your full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Third bedroom is perfect for the kids with two twin beds, also furnished with a flat-screen TV. Final full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is accessible from the hall, just outside the third bedroom. Freshly laundered, high-quality linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the condo. Just 1 block away, it's an easy walk to stroll through local shops and markets,\* and have seafood and southern cuisine at one of our many local restaurants. Walk down the pier where you can also try your luck at fishing, and check out live entertainment in downtown Folly Beach. Take dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Wander down on the far east end of the island to the Morris Island Lighthouse beach - a favorite among locals and visiting guests for frame-worthy photos. Only about a 25-minute drive away, downtown Charleston offers historic, cuisine, and ghost tours, world-class dining, boutiques, souvenir shopping, museums and much more! \* The Folly Beach Farmers Market & the Art Market take place select days of the week during peak seasons and holidays. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot with the 2 parking passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles, there is first come, first serve parking in the overflow lot for the complex. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am. Sep 9, 2022 #### Beach condo with ocean view Loved that a beach access path was directly across the street, making the walk to the beach no more than 2 min once you were packed up. There were plenty of bath towels, bath mats, etc. And the bathrooms were properly clean. Bedrooms and common rooms were clean as well and well stocked. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and a good variety of pots and pans and tools for cooking. Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience at Pavilion Watch. I would happily change my four star review to a five star review if the owners upgrade all tvs ton modern smart tvs so that streaming technologies could be used in the evenings. ##### Jay B. We had never been to Folly before, so it was great to be so close to all of the bars and restaurants, as well as a very short walk to the beach. Quick walk to all of the downtown shops and eateries, directly across from beach access, and a golf cart rental allows you to explore more of the island easily! Parking spots were a little confusing but Vacasa was able to help us figure that out easily. The pool was a great feature, however the restrooms at the pool need upgraded. Snapper Jack’s shrimp was on point! The condo was clean and roomy , we slept great and can see the ocean from the kitchen, my husband did go to Harris Teeter a couple of times and it’s great too! Bert’s was awesome for quick needs. We will definitely be booking again ! You do see the Tides parking lot but the ocean is just beyond and still beautiful and easy walk to beach…..oh and the porch was a great size! ##### April B.
