### Family apartment in Flumet with pool and parking

Located on the ground floor of the residence (entrance on the second floor), this flat comprises a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps two), a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room, a first bedroom (less than 9m²) with a double bed, a second bedroom (approx. 9m²) with two single bunk beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. This apartment has a terrace on the garden level.  
  
At the foot of the Flumet ski slopes, the apartment is located about 5 km from Praz-sur-Arly and about 3 km from the village of Flumet. You will have an outdoor parking space and a private ski locker. The terrace offers views of the surrounding mountains. The residence has an indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool will be open from 15 December to 15 April and from 15 June to 15 September, every day from 9:00 \[hidden\] to 7:30 \[hidden\]  
  
Bed linen and towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning, are included in the rental price.  
  
Additional services subject to availability: Wi-Fi box, baby kit, tea towel and bath mat.  
Please note that a deposit will be required upon arrival.  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:  
\- Bath mat : 6.5 €.   
 \- Tea towels : 6.5 €.   
 \- Wifi minibox rental per week : 49 €.
