"The room was a nice size. It had a ceiling fan which we absolutely loved and the air kept the room cool enough. It was old but an average room I would say. Sheets towels were very clean. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in in my life! My sister and I both were up for two nights tossing and turning because of how uncomfortably hard they are and when I say hard I mean as a rock. You could hear doors slamming all night, people out in the Halls talking, and people having sex in one of the rooms because the beds have a metal base frame and we heard it. I wish I could unhear it. I've stayed at cheap hotels before and they were a little bit better than this I must say. I hate to give a hotel a bad review so I would say if you don't care about noise and you don't mind a hard mattress, then this place is fine. The staff was extremely friendly. You pretty much get what you pay for. I would not stay there again and I don't say that very often. For breakfast they offered toast, yogurt, muffins, little sausage muffins and cereal and waffles. You can't go wrong with any of that."

"My stay at the Pardo Hotel started off well, and most of the staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. However, my experience changed on Friday morning. I went to the front desk to request clean towels and had a frustrating interaction with one staff member whose name I unfortunately did not get. After going back and forth, I took my dirty towels back to Room 226 and left them outside my door. Later, someone came by, placed a trash bag by my door, and left, but I still never received the clean towels I originally asked for. After waiting for a while and realizing no one was coming, I went back down to the front desk again, and that’s when I finally received two sets of clean towels. By that point, I was already frustrated and disappointed with how the situation was handled. Because I value peace and a stress-free stay, I decided to check out Friday night instead of Saturday morning. While the rest of the staff made my stay enjoyable, my experience that Friday morning left a negative impression, and I’m honestly not sure if I’ll be returning."

"Someone tried to break into my car while on that property and damaged it. But the hotel it self was very nice clean and staff was great friendly and processional but will not be back there next year "
