We had a bit of a problem getting in as the instructions were sent very late, and it’s totally automated. However, after that, communication was very good. The electric stopped working and a staff person was there to help within minutes. "I loved my stay here. The apartment was small but oh so charming. I loved the balcony. I sat out there every night with a glass of wine and my book. The hostess was great to work with. She allowed early check-in when I arrived early and let me store my luggage when I had to check out but, my train out of Syracusa wasn't for a few hours. I would definitely stay here again if I were in that area."
