Os funcionários são prestativos, educados e atenciosos. O café da manhã é muito bom. Frutas frescas. Café ótimo. Estacionamento seguro. Ótimo chuveiro. Paredes um pouco desgastadas. Camas confortáveis. Um pouco de barulho no quarto próximo a rua. Custo benefício muito bom.

O quarto estava limpo, as camas são confortáveis, a roupa de cama tambem são boas e limpas. Precisa de atencao a limpeza e conservação do banheiro, limpeza dos azulejos (bolor), rachaduras, falta de azulejos. Entendo que são itens simples e de baixo custo para ter manutenção. Outro ponto, é a falta de privacidade quanto ao som, zero conforto acústico. Dá pra ouvir tudo do quarto ao lado.

As instalações do Ok Inn Hotel Florianópolis deixam muito a desejar. O corredor do hotel apresenta um odor extremamente desagradável, difícil de definir, mas semelhante a uma mistura de mofo com ar abafado. No quarto, a situação não foi diferente: havia um cheiro forte de produto de limpeza (semelhante a água sanitária) misturado com odor de cigarro. Mesmo mantendo as janelas abertas para ventilação, o cheiro persistiu durante toda a estadia. Paguei aproximadamente R$ 400,00 a diária, em razão do período de Réveillon, e, pelo valor cobrado, a experiência foi bastante decepcionante. O hotel deveria ter maior cuidado com a manutenção e qualidade das instalações. Não recomendo. Pelo mesmo valor, é possível encontrar opções de hospedagem muito superiores na região.
