The apartment is just as listed and expected. It features a beautiful terrace where we spent most of our time when at home. There’s convenient shops and restaurants nearby and walking distance to all main attractions. The property manager was always quick to reply and gave suggestions to us. We loved our stay!

Great Views!

The location was perfect! It was right near a piazza with great restaurants. The views on the terrace were beautiful! The elevator was great to have as well! The rooms were clean and spacious. We would absolutely rent this property again!

A dream property

Stepping into this property is like walking into a work of art. The mixture of the historical with the modern is perfection. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathroom lovely, and the terrace was magical. We spent every evening watching the sun set over the duomo. The location was wonderful, and within walking distance to just about anywhere you want to go in Florence. I would stay at this home over and over again.

Stunning apartment with amazing hosts

This beautiful apartment in an ancient tower was our base in Florence. We were met by our host who provided us with amazing instructions for Florence. We enjoyed the lovely balcony for afternoon drinks.

Three days in central Florence

Excellent location, close to the Duomo. Very clean had the fifth floor with a beautiful patio with views of the Duoma andmany of the Towers and Capellas. Elevator made it accessible and the A/C Was adequate. Would recommend the unit and would stay again

Character, location and fabulous view!

We spent three nights here recently and the apartment was perfect for our family of 4 with two teenage girls. Antonella and family were keen to make our stay enjoyable and offered suggestions on key sights, restaurants and reserved tickets. Firenze was a gem as was this apartment. Quintessentially Florence

This apartment makes for a wonderful Florence experience. Sitting on the terrace in the evenings, looking out over the cityscape to the distant hills and listening to the bells. It also helps that there is a great bakery a few steps away.

Absolutely perfect location. Short walk to all of the major sites. Antonella & Stefano gave us several recommendations leading up to and during our stay, and were highly responsive throughout. Fabulous place!

This property was exceptional. The location was perfect and the host was so nice. He left a detailed list of great local places to eat and visit. It was within walking distance of most of the big attractions. The patio was our favorite part. We spent every morning and afternoon enjoying coffee and wine (in no particular order). I’d stay here every time we visit Florence.

Beautiful space

We loved our stay here! The apartment was very sophisticated and well appointed. The terrace view is exceptional looking left to San Croce and right to the Duomo. The tower is very nice with an excellent lift. The area is perfect in a pedestrian area and close to small piazza. We would love to come back and stay in this apartment!

Awesome apartment

Probably the best VRBO we’ve stayed in anywhere. Made for a great stay in Florence. Owner is great. Even provided restaurant and other suggestions of places he would go. Only thing is I wish the beds were a bit more comfortable, but it seems every bed in Italy is this way. In the end though, we loved the place and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Magical

Our stay was wonderful. Our hosts were so helpful, informative, charming and delightful that I’m sure they ordered the full moon over our view of the Duomo just for our pleasure. Our location was perfect. Everything was in walking distance: the Academia, the Ufizzi, the Ponte Vecchio. I felt as if we were guests of a Florentine noble family our accommodation was so simply elegant. Highly recommend and next time in Florence, I’m booking with Stefano and Antonella again.

Wonderful

The apartment was a short walk to everything, all the major sites. Also, many restaurants, markets, and grocers easily reached on foot. There is a large farmer’s market only a few blocks away as well. The terrace has amazing views and the inside is perfect for 4 people. The lift works faster than I would expect and the hosts, Stephano and Antonella are so kind, had great recommendations.

We were very fortunate to stay for 6 nights at this property and it suited our needs perfectly. The lift was great for one of our guests who was 80. The hosts were extremely helpful upon check in, giving us lots of tips for Florence. The apartment had all we needed and we loved the balcony space. What a view! Highly recommended.

Gorgeous, Artistic Flat in Firenze

We very much enjoyed this stylish and clean flat in a historic building in the heart of Firenze. It is very tastefully decorated and has all of the modern amenities (A/C, dishwasher, clothes washer, wifi). Stefano and Antonella were kind and generous hosts, providing many thoughtful touches and good suggestions. We would love to stay at this apartment again next time we are in Firenze. Grazie mille!

Property and location were great! Terrace view was spectacular! personal Interaction with owner a bit odd and after we confirmed payment price via VRBO, he then required some cash upon arrival for “cleaning” fees which is outside of VRBO procedure per call into VRBO. But, overall stay was awesome and the apt was clean and very nice! Would recommend it for sure!

Home away from home in Florence

We stayed for three weeks in this beautiful apartment in central Florence. Our hosts, Antonella and Stefano, were wonderful. Stefano met us on arrival, spending time giving us insights into the best places to visit, eat and drink in the neighbourhood and across Florence. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and the terrace was our favourite space with the most amazing views across the city, overlooking Santa Croce, Palazzo Vecchio, the Duomo and more. We felt like we were really living in Florence. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back.

Perfect location

This was a splurge for us but due to perfectly centralized location and the beautiful terrace we couldn’t pass it up. The kitchen and bathroom were fantastic, the beds were comfortable however due to extreme heat during our stay sleeping was difficult. There is air conditioning in main entry room but not in bedrooms. Our daughters ended up pulling mattress to main room to sleep. A fan in bedrooms would be very beneficial for sleeping. Host had a list of activities and restaurants in area which was lovely. Was a wonderful ending to our Italian vacation.
