A few steps from the main tourist attractions, the apartment is located in the lively San Lorenzo district, made characteristic by the Central Market and its outdoor stalls. Equipped with all the comforts of a modern home, it offers 5 beds: a double room, a single room and a double sofa bed in the living area. Ideal for families and groups of friends, it has two private bathrooms with shower and an equipped kitchen. Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied. Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C. The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
