I cannot say enough about our wonderful experience. The communication prior and during our stay, with management, was fantastic! The room and amenities were wonderful!! Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations!! Truly a wonderful hotel!!

Gorgeous property in best location with terrific communication. The ease of in/out and the baggage lockers, excellent elevator and recently modernized property were all reasons I’ll return. The staff was polite and helpful, from start to end. A 10 out of 10 experience!

Loved this place! I was obsessed how everything looked in the rooms and it was very nice. My room had laundry, kitchen, everything that you could need! I stayed when it was a heat wave but everything that you could walk to was less than 10 minutes away! It was all close by and great food surrounding the area. The host was super nice and attentive. I can’t wait to come back!

Best location for sights and eats. Easy to get around. Very clean and spacious Compact washer -dryer was a cool bonus for an extended multi-city vacation. Highly recommend for vacationers with family.

We love absolutely everything about this apartment. Not only it’s absolutely aesthetically stunning but it’s very well located. The rooms are very big, the bathrooms too and well designed also. Our host made the check in easy, the communication was perfect. We would come back again and again.

The apartment and the building condition exceeded expectations and accurate to listing. The location is great with easy walkable access to historic center but just on the edge providing quiet evenings. 1st Choice if we ever visit again.

We love this place so much! The stuff is so nice and communicative. The apartment is very clean with beautiful furniture and quality appliances. It is very quiet and in the safe area. We will definitely come back if we visit Florence again.

Our stay was amazing. The location was very convenient and the apartment was pristine. It was very clean and comfortable - definitely one of the nicest apartments I've stayed in Europe. The washer/dyer was a huge bonus, as we had been travelling for 14 days before arriving and having laundry done was a big concern. Silvia, the property manager, was an absolute blessing. She met us promptly upon arrival and made sure that we had everything we needed to be comfortable. She was prompt, courteous, kind, responsive and very professional. She made our stay memorable.

Exactly what we needed!

4 night stay as part of our honeymoon. The woman on reception was excellent, gave us a full explanation of the suite and how it worked, what was included and such. She also gave us some restaurant recommendations which turned out to be lovely and really tasty. They provided us a handy information sheet with contact numbers, local supermarkets and other technical info on the apartment. Was a really gorgeous interior dine to a high standard. The only thing, which is more feedback, is that the suite we stayed in did not have a mirror in the upstairs, where the clothes storage and bed were. Not a dealbreaker but made getting dressed a bit more of a hassle. Overall an excellent place and perfectly situated. Have already enquired about a further stay next year.

This is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The location is fantastic, we did not have to walk more than 10 minutes for any major attraction. The apartment itself was luxurious, clean, and just absolutely beautiful. The shower was so relaxing, and we were even given complimentary wine! There is a vending machine with alcoholic beverages, sodas, and water, as well as an ice machine. Plus, the washing machine allowed us to get some laundry done mid trip! I have never written a hotel review before, but this hotel absolutely blew my mind and I will be recommending it to anyone traveling to Florence.
