It is over 108 degrees (44c) outside and I was given a room with NO A/C. It was damage, the previous guest reported it. Room 18. After going to my room I talk to the employee that he is aware of that and they are waiting for a technician to fix it. Don’t worry I give you a tan now but your A/C will be fix. It is about 3pm, I come back at 9 pm and the room is an oven. very HOT, AC is NOT working and they want me to stay there. They didn’t offered a solution to my important issue. I mean is HOT and is my vacation. Well I have to contact Booking/Expedia for about an hour to try to solve this. Finally at 10:45 PM, I was given another room. My big dissatisfaction is. wHY you don’t tell me this at check in time, Why I need to suffer and go thru this in MY time! Why? You can be very nice and apologize a million times but that will not solve the issue and solution.
By other hand the place is charming, very clean, the staff is attentive and location is great. Sadly I can’t be happy for getting that poor solution that at the end of the day I count rest and enjoy my stay.
