The Breakfast is wonderfufl. The access to all places easy. There are problems with security in Firenze and in the neighbourhood It is a pity and not the fault of the hotel Firenze is beautiful

The front of house staff(Victoria) was exceptional. No coffee/ teas in the rooms. Breakfast is 7:00, so no option for coffee. Nothing in the area opens before 7:00.

We were a party of 10 who needed a place to stay when our flight was canceled. The manager and his staff were far more accommodating than most hotels. IMMACULATE rooms, public areas and breakfast was perfect. We will definitely return our business to this freshly renovated property. Well done and Bravo Hotel Palazzo Ognissanti.

It’s very nice stay, good location in middle of everything thing, not noisy, stuff very helpful and welcoming and very nice, they offer delicious coffee and sweets all the day on reception area :))

The staff were really great and the location was good but the windows are NOT sound proof. I woke up every single night from the noise and because of its central location, the streets outside are very loud. At one point I thought I had forgot to close my window since I could hear every conversation, when in fact, they were locked. Do NOT book if your a light sleeper since it will majorly affect your trip (I woke up late almost everyday because I had horrible sleep)

Hotel did not have our reservation when we checked in. Staff was helpful in finding the reservation under different name and reservation number. Day of check in staff were not friendly. Our room was old, outdated and dirty. Toilet seat was broken, towels had stains. Walls were in need of paint. My socks were black from walking on the floor. Pillows (only, 2) were flat and deflated. No conditioner in the shower, which was barely a trickle. Also the hotel is in a seedy part of Florence. Would not recommend this hotel.

Convenient Location
The location is great. the room was big and the staff were friendly. The breakfast is good. WiFi worked well and the shower was comfortable. Just no show curtain in my bathroom otherwise everything is good.

Solid but noisy
The hotel itself was fine although noisy (both street noise and noise from other guests). The breakfast was solid and consistent with most 4 stars in Italy. The WiFi was very spotty and made it difficult to remain consistently online. It was also quite expensive, although that was likely due to the Pitti Uomo fashion experience that was going on at the same time in Firenze.

Nice hotel near the train station.
Nice hotel, very friendly staff, good breakfast and good public spaces. The room was small and the shower was not in good repair.

Room ok
The pros: The hotel is fairly central and I was able to walk everywhere. Breakfast was decent. The lighting in the bathroom was good and bright. The cons: Small room with a single hard bed (I can sleep on a hard bed so that isn’t a big deal). The hotel and room could use updating. I could hear a lot of noise in the hallway. The cleaning staff were always forgetting the extra towels I requested and not leaving enough toilet paper.

Excellent for the city
There seemed to be little or no air conditioning. This had an impact on the how comfortable the hotel was to be in. I know that they had issues with air con as staff were fielding queries from other guests.

Easy walk to all the tourist areas in the old town
Overall It was good. It includes breakfast with variety of food and dessert. Staff are polite and helpful. There's tea and coffee and pastries on the ground floor. Good location not far from the main train station and easy walking to the famous Duomo and other places in the old town. Room is clean. There is a small supermarket round the corner and a few cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended. Will stay again.

Cute room next to center
Small but spacious comes to mind. The room for one person is small compared to American hotels but is spacious for European standards. Big enough for a bed, a sofa, couch and chair. I was impressed with the cleanliness of everything. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. The hallway with the mirror was a nice touch. The room got pretty warm since it’s the top floor but I opened some windows and allowed a nice breeze to get the air moving. My only issue was with the wi-if that I kept having issues connect with /: but the big breakfast selection makes up for it!

Three night stay in Florence
We stayed here for three nights in one of the economy double bed rooms. It was at the back of the hotel on the third floor, so it was pretty quiet. There was a window that opened to a small alley behind the building, looking directly at the building behind, and a small window at the side that looked out towards the Duomo. The room was adequate, but nothing fancy. For what the room lacked, the location and fantastic breakfast buffet made up for. Every morning there was a breakfast buffet which included eggs, bacon, an assortment of cheeses, cold cuts, fruit, yogurt, pastries and cereals. Definitely something for everybody.

Good location
It was close to the train station, and bridges. The beds and pillows were hard as a rock, but we have been in tally for 2 1/2 weeks moving around, everywhere we stay the pillow/bed are hard. The staff was nice but our room was close to the reception and we could hear them laughing at 6am. The breakfast was fine.

Didnot expect much - But came out to be much lower The room is extremely basic, though of good size(booked for 3). The shower had drainage issues. Not enough toiletries. Breakfast is basic with fruits not replenished.

Dear Nitin, I'm sorry you didn't like our hotel position . actually you are 1 of the rare person who find that our hotel is not well located although we are situated close to the train station ( only 300 metres!!) and to the main monuments like Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi and Duomo ( all at walkable distance),and also to the Fair center. Everything thing was very good location( it's both near the train station and city center) ,check in was fast and and the staff was nice and friendly,especially Francesca who helped us a lot Just we recomend to change or repair the hair dryer All in all we had a nice stay and we recomend this hotel for sure

Attended a conference in Florence
It was close to my venue and comfortable. Easy to get to railway station. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Bathroom a little small. Breakfast was acceptable.

This stay was my fourth at the hotel, and as with the previous three, it was the perfect place to stay in Florence -- close to all sites, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and well-designed rooms.

Everything was great. But there needs to be screens on the windows because I got about 10 mosquito bites during my stay. It was warm in Florence and the hotel does not have a/c so I needed to leave the window open and paid a cost :-( Laundry service was a bit overpriced but very reliable and great to have.

Lousy hotel. Not 4 star!
Terrible condition for a hotel that claims to be a four star one. I've stayed in dorm rooms that were bigger and better equipped. The amenities are dated, the furniture are old and worn out, and the breakfast was mediocre (in comparison to other four star hotels in Italy or even Florence like the NH Firenze)

Small, dark & 1 noisy night but close to train/bus
Room initially given was very small, including the bathroom, and outlook at rooftops from small window was rather dour. Lighting in room was poor. We were moved the next day to a slightly larger room with a huge bathroom and a small window that looked onto a semi-private terrace. Lighting in room was poor. Staff were helpful and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and directions to public transit. Breakfast was good and the hotel's location was great for easy walking to train and bus stations. Unfortunately, one of the 4 nights we stayed coincided with the day after 'market day' and the market, which was set up in street in front of hotel, created a ton of garbage. The garbage trucks arrived at 1:00 in the morning and took approx 45 minutes to clear all the garbage away. The noise was incredible and our room did not even face the street. So, until the City of Florence changes the garbage pick-up schedule I would highly recommend that travelers stay away from this hotel on the 3rd Sunday of the month (which is the day after 'market day') if they want to get a good night's sleep.

3 rd visit to Florence
Nice hotel, within walking distance from the train station. It was raining the day we arrived,so we took a taxi, $10.+\- Pleasant walk, 10 minute walk to the Duomo, and Ponte Vecchio Bridge.

SMALL AND OVERPRICED!
It is so difficult to rate this hotel-- by American standards this would qualify as a nice motel, not even a hotel. The rooms were tiny and the bathroom was so small that when you sat on the toilet your knees were under the sink. But that being said, the breakfast was good, people were nice, and the location was FABULOUS! But for what it was I would say we paid about 4 times too much a night.

Best Western Hotel Palazzo

Easy to get from the train station, excellent location, walking distance to the center. Staff was helpful, but the room was not as clean (quite a bit of dust in the corners and inside the wardrobe), beds were just ok, not as good as others Best Westerns i have been. Overall, was a good hotel, with a decent cost-benefit.
