The host was gracious to stay back and give us the most detailed help that we could hope for as first time visitors to Florence. Gave us information on best spots to visit and eat. The property itself so close to all main attractions in Florence between 5 to 15 minutes walk to most of them. It is also located in the trendiest part of the town. The walk from the Novella station to the hotel was enjoyable with many sights to see along the way. It does come with a shared bathroom with other guests. But all in all, taking into account the class of Hotel, the friendliness of the hosts and the cleanliness of the facilities I would definitely consider booking again. But for my surprised the location is excellent. The room is spacious, clean and the bed and pillows are very comfy! It is important for me to have a clean, good night sleep and a safe area. The building is cool so even it’s hot outside, my room temperature is good. If you are traveling and on workcation, get another working space. If you are just stay to have a good night sleep, have your own data plan. And don’t mind sharing a shower/toilet then this is perfect for you. I highly recommend this if you are a quiet, budget traveller.
