We really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend it. Since it’s north of the city center, it’s a quieter area but still close to everything.

Was assigned a room with a sofa chair bed I had chosen 2 beds Changed room a small bed was added to the room the other bed was awful the bed my wife and I slept it was horrible Breakfast so so service awful

Very well organized but on reflection I did slip in the bath so maybe they need an extra handle for older people. I do love to sit in the bath when my feet are burning and sore. Everything was perfect other than that.

Location is perfect for access to Florence’s attractions. Nonetheless the surroundings are quiet, as is the hotel. Rooms are adequate for working.

Hotel is in a good location for the museums and other attractions. You also get a very good breakfast with a excellent choice of cakes.

It was a good standard of hotel, about 10 mins walk into the centre and away from all the noise. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly enough. There was a small gym, a restaurant and a small bar area. It wasn't noisy. The breakfast had cereals and pastries and cheeses etc. I was happy to stay here.

Close to Piazza San a Marco.
Nice hotel that offers good breakfast. Only issue was slow Wifi and the the room fridge was never cold. Great location. In walking distance to all areas of interest.

Needs to Lift Its Game
Room and bathroom are tiny, of modern design but devoid of functionality. Service in relation to parking was both misleading and inadequate, causing us 3hrs of inconvenience finding off-site secure parking for 20 euros/day when the hotel has parking for 24 euros, but neglected to mention it to us. Breakfast offering and service were woeful - for over 30 minutes there were no eggs and bacon.

The hotel lobby was amazing. Breakfast was great! Room had some minor things that you can tell were from lack of maintenance. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work which was the reason the paint on the ceiling was peeling in the bathroom. Toilet seat was loose and falling off. Bed was hard as crap but that is just Italian beds. Balcony was nice and private. Closet space was adequate and TV was great. Wifi wasn't bad either. Would stay their again. Getting to the hotel was very easy and parking in their underground parking garage was a bit steep at 24 euros per night.

Needs upgrades but good proximity
Bathroom had mould in it. Feels like place needs serious upgrades on all levels. Hotel is in central area and easy to get to.

Not a 4 star hotel
Put in a room that was obviously a conference room at one point! The room was big but the bed was just a fold out sofa with a rattress thinner than a rizzla paper so comfort was awfull and then got blessed with a €27 city tax??? The most we have been charged all over Italy for a 3 night stay the rude woman behind the counter explained it was because it was a 4 star hotel? I would say 2 at best!

Best Florence experiment in 2 days
Gabriel at the front desk was one of the most helpful person ever. My experience in Florence because of his suggestions, was the best I had. He took the time to draw on the map, must see sites as well as local/hidden gems. I'm grateful I encounter him at the hotel with his magnifencent customer service.

it is located on the main street, and walkable to all the tour site and train station. breakfast provided by hotel was nice, sometimes short tables, only one key for one room members and electricity supply. that meant if go out, everyone has to go out, otherwise no electricity for the people who is not leave the room for some reason.

Convenient location, a couple issues
Conveniently located close to the Statue of David and the Duomo. Easy to find our way back once we got to the Duomo. The people were helpful. Phenomenal recommendation from the staff for dinner the first night. Couple of lows, air conditioning wasn't very effective our room was hot and we had an issue w two reservations that we are still working on with Hotels.com the hotel tried somewhat to help us. But at the moment paid for a second room we didn't use

Nice hotel in city center!
The rooms at this hotel were small, but comfortable. They do not look the way the pictures online do, though. But, the location was amazing! 5 minute walk to the center of Florence!

We were able to walk to the Academy to see David, and through the city. My son had done some research to see the top of the city and the outside bronze David. It was very relaxing, just sitting there and taking in the beauty of the city.

A good hotel but definitely NOT a 4 stars!
WIFI is not working properly even in the lobby. Rums toward streets are very very noisy from early morning. The stuff are helpful and friendlily. Breakfast is like normal 3 stars hotel! It's shame, a simple WiFi technician can fix the internet problem, which this will put much more better impression to the guests!

Pros: good location, large rooms Cons: we were made to wait in their in-house restaurant for 45 min and then informed that they are out of food. High headedness of the restaurant staff & pathetic service. Person at reception was courteous though. Bathroom had leaks in their pipes.

A nice hotel, only about a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. Room very nice, safe facility, excellent included breakfast in the morning. I don't have anything negative to say about this hotel. I stayed for 4 nights in March 2017.

Good location, nice staff and a cold room
The hotel is in a good location; about 15-20 minute walk from the main attractions, with a bus stop right outside it. The room was a good size for the three of us that stayed at the hotel. However the hotel cleanliness is a joke. The bed sheet remained the same during our one week stay, we could tell it was the same from the stains on the sheets. No new towels where given, just the folded up used ones, luckily extra toilet paper was given. The room had a small TV, the shower was pretty good and the bath room had a hair dryer too. Internet access was a bit slow but did the job. The include breakfast was pretty good, nice selection of choice.

I don't like to complain about things but this time I feel like something has to be said. I booked this room with great excitement to stay. Reviews and pictures all looked great. Upon arrival it was dark but the walk to hotel felt very unfriendly after a very busy bus ride out of the train station. Once we got to the hotel we were greeted by a worker who asked us something in Italian and once we responded in English she rolled her eyes. She then rushed us through the check in process, took our passports and set them on the counter, walked us to the elevators and handed us our room key. When asked when we will get our passports back when she was done with them and that would depend on whether or not anyone else came in. So there our passports sat in plain view with noone at the counter with people coming into the lobby, needless to say we felt very uncomfortable about that. On to the room, it was small, which was expected, dark, lumpy bed, dirty old outdated carpet, and a horrible wi-fi connection. We were disappointed but figured we would power through. We didn't get a wink of sleep as the bed sounded like we were sleeping on a bag of popping popcorn and both our backs hurt. Breakfast was gross and the amentites, which were never explained, were old and needed repair. we decided to leave the hotel and switch to another one, we tried to leave on a positive note. we were charged a cancelation fee and they didn't care out all that we were unhappy. I do not recommend this hotel!
