My partner and I booked the Double room with a private bathroom and it was excellent, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. We were also able to leave our bags with reception until we could check in which was great

Noisy from restaurant customers, buses and water pump on the roof could be a problem if you have a problem falling asleep. Room 20 we stayed is on the site of street which is very small. Hope hotel use refill liquid soap/shampoo bottle instead of using disposable soap packets. Location is good, supermarkets, T1 to regional bus station, T2 to train station all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Use hotel Aline on GPS instead of address because there are two different numbers on the wall. Look for the big square blue number 14.

We had a room with a shower and a balcony - that was really a plus for us. No air con but the fan was a god send during the 35° summer. When we arrived the toilets werent stocked up with soap and paper towels and the reception often opened late and closed early. This, coupled with the overall dingy feel of the place were the worst things about it. However, Florence is expensive, and given what I stood to pay elsewhere, I am pretty happy about our stay here

Nice place, nice location.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was walkable feom the train station with small luggage. The room was beautiful. The bus stop is close by, walking distance was good as well.

O Hotel é simples, mas é muito bem localizado e apesar de nao ter banheiro no quarto, tem uma pia e bom chuveiro com box acrílico pequeno, gordinho não passa. A vantagem é que dá pra visitar a pé muitos pontos turisticos

Decepcionante

De entrada, el portal del edificio da una sensación de abandono, oscuridad y mucha suciedad. El ascensor, parece que en cualquier momento se va a quedar trincado. Al abrir la puerta de entrada al pasillo, que es todo el hotel, lo primero que te encuentras es una alfombra roja que jamás ha visto el jabón. Te recibe un olor a cerrado y humedad, bastante intenso. La recepción es como de película, similar a la entrada de un motel de carretera de mala muerte. La cafetera, la maquina de bebidas y la jarra para calentar el agua, nunca se han limpiado. El armario de la habitación, se movía más que cualquier goma elástica y le faltaban varios cajones. Los cojines y las mantas, tendrán la friolera de 30 años. El sofá cama que ponen de supletoria, es una tortura. Se notan los resortes, todos los cantos y el colchón es súper incómodo. En conclusion, un autentico desastre. Las fotos que aparecen en la página, no se ciñen para nada a la realidad.

L'hôtel (en fait un étage réservé dans un immeuble) est bien situé et insonorisé. La literie est plus que convenable. Pour le reste, cet hôtel improvisé, est très vétuste, les sanitaires datent des années 80 et auraient vraiment besoin d'être changés. Surtout que les toilettes sont communes. Pour le prix, le service est minimum. Ne vous attendez à rien de plus qu'un lit.

Aline made us feel as if we were home. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and great with communication. They give amazing tips about navigating the city The location is amazing, walking distance front he terminal to The Academy, to the Doumo and much more. The room is clean, and very organized. Got even get a beautiful view out of your window. The bathroom is clean, you are supplied with toiletries and the towels are nice.
