Plus: Great location and lovely apartment Minus: The smell ~ it's an old building and the plumbing is obviously an issue. The stairs are a challenge. We also found it impossible to sleep before midnight, as the noise from surrounding apartments/buildings is ridiculous.

So take this with a grain of salt... we arrived within an hour of our ticket time at the Uffizi gallery so we were feeling rushed and we had just had an argument with the parking staff who tried to tell us we didn't have a reservation (they were wrong and it worked out but it was scary)... this place was hard to find! We made it in time but it's not like walking up to a hotel and going in, it took four of us to find the door. Also, Bob doesn't send out the arrival information that you need (like the room code) until 24 hours before the trip. At that point we were in a small hotel in Tirano with no access to a printer. So if you don't have access to wifi when you get there you have no way of looking up that important information you need. It was trying to say the least. However, we LOVED the place itself - the cleanliness and the convenience of the location were outstanding. I would stay in a Bob-run hotel again but will leave myself ample time to get there. Also - write everything down or print it out as soon as possible to save yourself the headache of waiting for wifi.

Really like what Bob has going here
Really like what this chain is providing. Clean modern apartments with the services of a boutique hotel. Mobile check in was easy and secure. Apartment was well appointed and service via Whatsapp was quick and responsive. Our human host (they do staff the place) was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Location was easy to find with the supplied instructions and is only about 300 steps from Ponte Vecchio, 15 minute walk from the train station and about 10 to the Duomo and other major sights. Local art and furniture is a nice touch. I would look for a Bob W in their other cities the next time I visit.

Perfect spot!
Great spot in the heart of pointe vecchio. Perfect for what we needed for a family of four. Had some nice homey touches as well!
